Expect Miracles Foundation at Fenway Park 2023
Supporting another successful year of fundraising, Expect Miracles Foundation [EMF] presented a check to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute before the Boston Red Sox game at Fenway Park on Monday, August 28. The moment of the check presentation was captured on the center field video board.
The gift of $1.25 million, representing funds raised in 2022, will benefit the Robert and Renée Belfer Center for Applied Cancer Science at Dana-Farber. Expect Miracles Foundation has awarded grants of over $13 million over 29 years to support Dana-Farber.
Support from the Foundation helps advance groundbreaking research at the Belfer Center, whose mission is the improvement of patient outcomes by discovering and advancing more efficacious cancer therapies. As part of Dana-Farber, the Center advances the mission of reducing the burden of cancer locally and around the world.
