LEADERSHIP TEAM
The YPEM Leadership Team takes on the role of a “board” with an all hands on deck approach. The team is led by presidents and vice presidents and all Leadership Team members play a huge role in the strategy and growth of YPEM. Members of the YPEM Leadership Team focus their efforts on collaborating in any way needed to help direct and grow YPEM in collaboration with Expect Miracles Foundation staff. The YPEM Leadership Team works together to plan events for members of YPEM, which will consist of fundraising initiatives, social events, and volunteer opportunities.

Commitment and Responsibilities
YPEM Leadership team members are asked to:

1. Attend quarterly meetings and virtual phone calls leading up to each YPEM event
2. Work with their companies to secure sponsorships for the events
3. Invite at least 3-5 friends, colleagues, and acquaintances per event
4. Solicit auction/raffle items
5. Participate in EMF’s Distance Challenge
6. Participate in one cycle of SAMFund Grant Reviews per year
7. Volunteer for at least one EMF event or provide support with volunteer recruitment
8. Engage with Expect Miracles Foundation’s social media by sharing and commenting on posts

AMBASSADOR TEAM
The YPEM Ambassadors assist the Leadership Team with attendee outreach by promoting the event to their networks and via social media. YPEM Ambassadors will be communicated with via email once each event is launched.

Commitment and Responsibilities
YPEM Ambassadors are asked to:

1. Attend at least 1 event per year
2. Invite at least 3-5 friends, colleagues, and acquaintances per event
3. Participate in EMF’s Distance Challenge
4. Engage with Expect Miracles Foundation’s social media by sharing and commenting on posts
