Welcome New Board Members

Expect Miracles Foundation is proud to welcome two new Board Members: Anne Hebard-Duduch and Luci Strauss Garren. The Foundation is incredibly excited to continue to expand and welcome new leadership—all in support of the cancer community.

Meet Anne Hebard-Duduch

Anne is responsible for building strategic relationships and managing the consultant engagement program for SS&C’s suite of solutions supporting the retirement eco system. In this role, Anne is passionate about identifying and delivering solutions helping millions of people pursue a more secure retirement.

With over 25 years in financial servicing, Anne has extensive experience in all aspects of asset management servicing functions, including: relationship management, operations management, transition oversight, sales and marketing, and product development. 

Anne is a former Board Member and current committee co-chair of the National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA), an EMF Miracle Maker, a member of the UMass Women Beacons in Business program, and an active participant of industry conferences. Anne holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts and an Executive Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership; Certified Management Institute, United Kingdom. Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends and together they enjoy skiing, boating, and golf.

Meet Luci Strauss Garren

Luci is a Senior Relationship Manager on the National Accounts team within Goldman Sachs. In her role, she leads relationship management and business development for various wirehouse, broker-dealer and clearing platforms. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Luci worked at Morgan Stanley in Investment Management as well as Operations.

Luci is the Co-President of the Young Professionals Expect Miracles (YPEM) NYC Leadership Team, an EMF Miracle Maker, and member of the 2019 Expect Miracles Boston Marathon racing team. She is also a graduate of the Money Management Institute (MMI) Leadership Pathway Program.

Luci received a B.A. from Elon University, magna cum laude with a major in Strategic Communications. She is based in Connecticut and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, dog and extended family.
