Erika Craven has spent twenty plus years incubating and growing businesses in a variety of roles in business development, marketing, operations and strategic planning. For the past ten years, Erika has led the North American Named Account Buyside Sales team at Broadridge responsible for the retention and growth of Broadridge’s key clients.

Erika currently serves on the Board of the Manhasset Community Fund and has served on the Board of the Women’s Fund of Long Island, as well as serving the local school district on several Board appointed committees. She was inducted into the YWCA Academy of Women Leaders and is a recipient of the Women of Valor Award from the Capuchin Food Pantries.

Erika received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Honors College at the University of Maryland at College Park. She is the mother of two children and lives in Manhasset, NY.

Dan Narbonne is a Managing Director in EY’s Risk Consulting practice, where he assists leading global asset managers with risk management, business strategy, and operational efficiency. With a strong understanding of the asset management industry, including regulatory compliance and investment risks, Dan has led multiple highly sensitive regulatory remediations for the largest global asset managers.

Dan has led the assessments of major asset servicing providers to identify the best strategic partners for his clients’ front, middle, and back-office operations. He has advised on the go-to-market strategy for managed account platforms, considering the trading, custody, and clearing model while evaluating risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations. Additionally, Dan redesigned a global firm’s third-party risk management program, establishing a consistent oversight function for global fund accounting, custody, and transfer agents. He has also successfully managed a multi-year SOX implementation program, guiding business areas in developing remediation plans for future state operations.

Before joining EY, Dan was with Promontory Financial Group, where he assisted multiple organizations develop, redesign, and implement their risk and regulatory compliance programs. Prior to that, he worked in PwC’s tax group, providing consulting, compliance, and tax accounting support to financial services, private equity, and energy firms.
