2025 Impact Celebration
A Night to Remember
On Thursday, May 29, Expect Miracles Foundation [EMF] hosted the 2025 Impact Celebration on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, and it was a phenomenal night. This invitation-only reception, generously hosted by ICE, brought together 200 of EMF’s most dedicated supporters to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of this past year.
A Partnership Nearly 20 Years Strong
Frank Heavey, Executive Director of EMF, welcomed guests to the NYSE by honoring top fundraisers, sponsors, and researchers, and celebrating the community’s powerful impact in the fight against cancer. Mark Heckert, EMF Director Emeritus and COO of Data Services at ICE, shared ICE’s pride in a nearly 20-year partnership with EMF and the meaningful role the financial industry plays in this mission.
Celebrating the Power Behind the Ribbons
Founder and Chairman of EMF, Frank Strauss, introduced EMF’s “Impact Ribbons” as a symbol of each guest’s unique contribution and a reminder of the collective power driving progress, support, and hope.
More than $1.3 Million Raised
EMF’s Director of Development Maggie Dombroski closed the program with a moving awards presentation, honoring individuals and organizations who went above and beyond, and celebrated the collective impact of the Distance Challenge participants raising more than $1.3M!
