Nicsa Gives Back 2026
The 2026 Nicsa Strategic Leadership Forum brought together senior leaders from across the asset and wealth management industry in Fort Lauderdale for strategic insight, forward-looking dialogue, and meaningful connection. The Forum continues to serve as a premier gathering for professionals shaping the future of the industry.

Fueling Hope for the Cancer Community
At the Nicsa Gives Back Dinner, Jim Fitzpatrick, President & CEO of Nicsa, presented a $20,000 check in support of EMF. Frank Strauss, Founder and Chairman of the Board of EMF, accepted the check on behalf of the organization. These funds will go directly towards EMF’s SAMFund, which provides financial assistance to young adult cancer survivors facing the lasting financial impact of cancer treatment.
At the Nicsa Gives Back Golf Tournament, EMF’s Delaney DeAvila was on course, hosting a table to raise awareness and connect with attendees about our mission. The evening’s auction featured a trip to Fiji, adding excitement to the fundraising efforts.
