Expect Miracles (Social) Distance Challenge
How many miles would you bike, run, or walk to make an impact on those dealing with cancer? Find out by joining one or both of the Expect Miracles (Social) Distance Challenges with colleagues, friends, family members, or individually!

Biking Challenge
-The challenge is to log as many miles as you can from Monday, June 15 through Sunday, June 21 on a road bike, stationary bike, or Peloton.
-We ask all individuals and teams to set competitive mileage and fundraising goals.
-You can register as an individual, a Corporate Team, Friends Team or Family Team.
-There is no limit to the number of members on a team.
-To be considered a Corporate Team, and recognized as your company, the majority (1 more than half) of your team must work for the same company.
-There are no relation requirements to be a part of a Friends Team; you just need more than one person.
-To be considered a Family Team, blood, marriage, living arrangement, or relationship must connect all members of your team.

Running/Walking Challenge
-The Running/Walking Challenge has two tracks: distance and speed. You can choose to do either or both.
-We ask all individuals and teams to set competitive mileage and fundraising goals.
-The Distance Challenge is to log as many miles as you can from Monday, June 22 through Sunday, June 28, running or walking outside, or on a treadmill, or on an elliptical machine. This is an individual and team event.
-The Speed Challenge is a virtual 5K and 10K road race on Sunday, June 28. This is an individual event.
-Any individual can register to participate in the 5K or 10K virtual road race to be held on Sunday, June 28. You must complete your chosen distance on June 28 and submitted your time and a screenshot of your recording device to Expect Miracles Foundation by 8PM EST on Sunday, June 28.
-You can register for the Running/Walking Distance Challenge as an individual, a Corporate Team, Friends Team or Family Team.
-There is no limit to the number of members on a team.
